We, Jay Technochem Private Limited, having our registered office at 202 Neptune House, Iskon-Ambli Road, Bopal Ahmedabad, 380058, referred through its brand name “Chemaxe” ("Chemaxe"/ "we"/ "our"/ "us") provide an online platform CHEMAXE (“Platform”) for buyers and sellers to connect with each other and buy, and sell in certain chemicals and avail the Services related on the platform.
References to "You", "Users", "Your" shall mean the users (including buyer/ seller/ guests/ visitors/ brokers) accessing and using the Platform and who may or may not register to avail Services.
We respect the privacy of everyone who visits or uses our Platform. This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes the procedures for collecting, using, and disclosing Your information which you share with us for availing the Services or accessing the Platform. As part of our Services, we may use third-party technologies to understand how our Users as a whole use our Services and constantly enhance, innovate services to reflect the needs of the Users, and which helps us to provide improved experience and value-added services to You. The User understands and acknowledges that such Personal Information shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy.
You understand, acknowledge and agree that if you access any social media sites, Your Personal Information may be identified by such social media sites and they may provide Your Personal Information to us or we may collate or derive Your Personal Information on the basis of Your engagement on such social media sites.
In addition, please do note that when carrying out any financial transaction or using escrow mechanism for payment on our Platform, You may be diverted to a third-party payment gateway, and such third-party service provider may collect information such as your banking details and billing information including but not limited to GST number, PAN, debit card number, credit card number etc. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which You provide whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this Privacy Policy. Chemaxe will not be able to keep track of any information received or communication exchanged through emails, messages, post or any other manner and shall not be liable for the same.
We automatically collect Non-Personal Information about You, to the extent permitted by Law, such as IP (internet protocol) addresses, browser types, the name of your ISP (internet service provider), information about a third-party link/URL from where You arrive to our Platform, which pages/URLs do You click on the Platform, and the amount of time spent on each.
We may also collect statistics and aggregate details which You have submitted to the Platform (for example, Your Business, products, etc). You cannot be identified from this information, and it is only used to assist us in providing effective Services on this Platform. The User has following rights in relation to the Personal Information collected by us:
• Withdrawal of consent:
The User shall have the right to withdraw its consent to process the Personal Information at any time by writing to the Grievance Redressal Officer (details have been provided in the Privacy Policy). We will endeavour to erase the Personal Information as soon as reasonably practicable. However, this shall not affect the legality of the processing of Personal Information prior to the withdrawal of Your consent.
If you choose to withdraw Your consent at any time, You will be required to delete your account on our Platform. Steps for deletion of a user’s account have been provided on the Platform. Please note that withdrawal of consent will not be retrospective in nature and shall be applicable prospectively.
• Erasure of Personal Information:
Subject to Applicable Laws, You have the right to request us to erase your Personal Information. On receipt of Your request, we shall delete Your Personal Information, unless retention of the same is required for legal or regulatory purposes.
In addition to the above, You shall have such other rights as may be prescribed under Applicable Laws.

In the event that You discover that information in relation to Your child / person with disability under your guardianship is available on our Platform, please request to have such data deleted from our database by sending an e-mail request to the concerned person as provided in this Privacy Policy. Upon receiving the request, we shall ensure to delete such information from our database.
Subject to Applicable Laws, we shall retain Your Personal Information for the duration of Your use of the Platform. Please note that there might be latency in deleting the Personal Information from our servers. Chemaxe is not responsible for the unauthorized use of your information or for any lost, stolen, compromised passwords, or for any activity on your account via unauthorized password activity. If a password is used to help protect Your account and account information, it is Your responsibility to keep the password confidential. You must ensure that you always log out of your account, before sharing your device with a third party.
This Privacy Policy is current as of the effective date set forth at the top of this page. Chemaxe may in its sole and absolute discretion modify the policy at any time and in any manner without any prior notification to You. Any change or revision will be posted on our Platform. Thus, You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
“I hereby authorize and give consent to Jay Technochem Private Limited to send me, either through itself or any third party service provider, from time to time various information/ alerts / SMS / other message or calls or commercial communication, and other services on the aforesaid listed telephones number, whether these numbers are registered with National do not call Registry / listed in National Customer Preference Register or not. I will not hold Jay Technochem Private Limited or any of its third party liable/ institute any complaint under the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer preference (TRAI) Regulations, 2010 or such other applicable regulations including any amendment thereof, as may be applicable from time to time. It will be auto renewed every month if I want to stop these services, I will write an email to connect@chemaxe.com before the due date . Once the amount is debited from account is not refundable.”
